Both Joyce & Gail grew up in the Midwest and bring a traditional work ethic to their partnership. They moved to California more than 15 years ago and brought with them strong personal values that guide them in their business every day. They are dedicated, honest and always live by the Golden Rule when it comes to treating people right. Joyce was raised on a farm in rural Illinois, surrounded by dogs, cats and cattle. Her love for animals—especially dogs—began at an early age. She has always been inspired by the unconditional love shown by her pets. Joyce also learned the value of hard work. “Things had to get done and, most importantly, done right,” she says. “That teaches you to take great pride in the fruits of your labor.” Gail also grew up around animals. Her passion for horses started at the age of seven. For many years, she bred and raised Arabian horses on an 80-acre farm in Wisconsin. Throughout her life, Gail has always been able to connect with both people and animals, which is why she is so dedicated to her real estate career.
